Flooring
Garage Epoxy Flooring — Toronto & GTA
A showroom-grade finish that handles winter salt, hot tires, and dropped tools.
About this service
A proper garage floor earns its keep every day of the year. In the GTA, that means handling road salt tracked in from November through April, oil drips from vehicles, scraped bumpers, and the kind of foot traffic a working garage sees. Our garage epoxy systems are built in two or three coats depending on use: a penetrating primer that bonds to the concrete slab, a high-build body coat with decorative flake broadcast into it for grip and visual depth, and a UV-stable topcoat that resists hot-tire pickup and chemical spills. The result is a surface that looks like it belongs in a dealership and holds up to a decade or more of daily driving. We grind every slab mechanically before the first coat — no acid etch shortcuts — because mechanical profile is the single biggest predictor of coating longevity. The whole job on a two-car garage runs 2–3 days, mostly cure time, and your floor is ready to park on in roughly a week.

Questions people ask
How long before I can park on it?+
Light foot traffic the next day. Normal driving by day 5, and hot tires after a week of cure time at room temperature.
Will it crack if my slab cracks?+
Hairline cracks that already exist get filled with a flexible polyurea before coating. New structural cracks will still telegraph through — no coating prevents a slab from moving — but the surface remains sealed and the crack is cosmetic rather than a dirt-catching chasm.
Can it be done in winter?+
Yes, as long as the garage holds above roughly 10°C during cure. Most GTA garages with any heat source qualify. We bring supplemental heat if needed.
